Potty Training!

The latest adventure in the Block family has been potty training Katherine! She has been mostly successful (we have our fair share of accidents, but she keeps her pants dry most days now).

We've been focusing on positive reinforcement, which seems to be sinking in... one day Daddy and  Katherine had a conversation like this:

"one minute Katherine-- Daddy needs to go potty." 

to which Katherine replied: "okay Daddy-- pee on potty?!"

"Yes, Daddy pees on the potty."

"Yaaaay!! Yay Daddy! I'm so proud of you!"
